My First Time

Today has culminated in the final of many firsts experienced by myself this week. 

Saturday saw me filming my very first video. An awkward experience but I expect I will feel more comfortable in front of the camera with time. The camera I recorded on was a new purchase - my Lumix LZ20. Perhaps I shall review it when I am more familiar with its functions.

On Sunday this video (albeit amateurish) became my first Youtube upload. 

The upload became public on Tuesday. I am hopeful for at least a handful of likes. Nudge nudge, wink wink.

My First Ever Youtube Video

I wanted to share my favourite hairstyle because it's so versatile and easy to do, hence the tutorial. It really is a classy feminine look that will suit any outfit, vintage or modern. 

I adore the feminine silhouette and classic styling of the 40's and 50's and this hairstyle compliments it beautifully. I try to replicate that vintage look as much as practical in my daily style.

Wednesday was the advent of my first tweet.. or six. I got a little carried away. Feel free to follow. My twitter

I created my first Pinterest board on Thursday. I have just started learning to sew so I added a few inspiring pics of the style of dresses I would like to be able to construct one day... one day...

I have a frustrating habit of starting projects without finishing them, so I am hopeful a quick view of my pins will motivate me to finish whatever projects remain uncompleted.
